  • Seniors
    • Computer workshop: free laptop and printer.
    • Senior Incentive: Approximately $200 incentive $300 for graduation expenses.

Graduating Seniors

Seniors who are graduating will get a graduation incentive of approximately $200. For this incentive to be submitted for we will need the following:

  • Seniors will be tracked by the regions Education Liaison, who will update us on who is on track to graduate and who is not.
  • If senior is going to graduate, we will need the following:
    • High School Graduation Verification Form.
    • Completed W-9.
    • Official transcripts
    • Copy of diploma and/or a letter from the school explaining that the youth will graduate because of a specific plan created by counselor and student.

All this information needs to be submitted to your educational Liaison so it can be verified.
